Graduate of four-year U. S. Medical School or equivalent.
Completion of ACGME accredited residency in orthopedic surgery. Fellowship in subspecialty area of orthopedic surgery preferred. License and
Medical License for the applicable state. Membership on LPH Medical Staff. Board Eligible/Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
CPR certification. BLS from the American Heart Association
