Qualifications
✓1-3 years prior experience as a user or analyst within Lawson or similar ERM within the Supply Chain Value Stream: Clinical Space, Purchasing, Receiving, Distribution, and/or Accounts Payable required
✓1-3 years prior experience as a user or analyst of databases that required reporting, optimization, maintaining, and/or attribute or field set-ups required
✓1-3 years prior experience in data collection, reporting, and/or analytics. required
✓1-3 years Experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes
✓1-3 years significant experience working to improve all aspects of the supply chain using tools of continuous improvement—standard work, observation, and root cause analysis.
✓1-3 years Candidates require strong data collection and analytics skills to identify trends, mitigate risks and improve product delivery
✓1-3 years Prior work experience that included tools such as Kanban boards, Gemba walks, and A3 Problem Solving
✓High-level understanding of the business relationships between all supply chain processes
✓Professional communication skills to communicate the technical aspects with business owners and the business process needs to technical support and vendors.
✓Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenge and needs to be addressed.
✓Working understanding of databases, ERP set-ups, and ERP maintenance required.
Prior experience with Infor Cloudsuite, MSCM, inventory management and reporting, and/or RFID suites strongly preferred.
