Supply Chain Assistant Keep the Supplies That Support Patient Care Moving. As a Supply Chain Assistant, you'll help ensure departments throughout Froedtert South have the supplies and materials they need to provide excellent patient care.
Receive, organize, and distribute supplies and materials. Stock clinical and non-clinical departments. Maintain accurate inventory levels.
Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation. Process supply requests and deliveries. Maintain organized storage areas.
Monitor supplies for proper rotation and expiration. Use computer systems to document inventory activity. Communicate supply needs or concerns to appropriate team members.
Follow safety and infection prevention standards. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. Previous healthcare, supply chain, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer skills. Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to safely lift, move, and transport supplies as required. Dependable and team-oriented. Strong customer-service skills.
