Qualifications
✓Ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 10 to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
✓Ability to push and pull unloaded and loaded carts requiring up to 100 pounds of force daily.
✓Frequent reaching, lifting, stooping, and bending.
✓Commitment to continuous process improvement and service excellence.
✓Ability to work cooperatively to achieve organizational and team goals.
✓Strong problem-solving skills and ability to contribute innovative ideas.
✓Sense of urgency and a proactive customer service approach.
✓Level Characteristics
✓Requires the physical ability to safely perform material handling duties and transport supplies throughout the facility.
✓Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and effective problem-solving skills.
✓Minimum of one year of experience in one or more of the following areas: distribution, warehousing, shipping and receiving, logistics, material handling, customer service, inventory control, or a related service environment.
✓Valid Driver's License may be required.
Experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment strongly preferred.

About the role
Perform duties related to computerized order entry, distribution of supplies, linen, and equipment, as well as the shipping and receiving of hospital merchandise. Maintain effective inventory management processes by meeting supply needs through prompt delivery, ensuring accuracy of issued supplies, and maintaining the availability and proper working condition of equipment.
