✓High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline preferred
Qualifications
✓Three (3) years professional operations management experience.
✓Supervisory skills necessary to plan, organize, direct and control the activities of front line associates. Service/quality mentality and attitude.
✓Effective organizational and time management skills.
✓Mental ability to provide excellent judgment for problem solving related to the performance of associates' coordination of activities related to Patient Transportation Services; enforcement of policies and emergency or stressful situations.
✓Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact motivate and communicate with a wide range of staff and hospital personnel in a professional manner; guest relations skills must be strong, genuine and noticeable. Physical ability to withstand frequent to prolonged walking, standing or sitting.
✓Effective verbal, listening, presentation and written communication skills.
✓Basic computer skills utilizing a Windows-based Operating System: ability to troubleshoot system problems related to computer or software systems and initiate internal or external resolution to system issues.
