You’ll need
Education
✓High school diploma or GED
Qualifications
✓2+ years prior surgery scheduling, telephone, computer and customer service experience
✓Medical terminology, verbal and written
✓CPT and ICD-9 coding
✓Referral process
✓Must have the ability to learn new computer programs
✓Act professionally towards customers, physicians, and co-workers
✓Must be able to multitask and prioritize
✓Must posses time management skills
