This position is eligible for relocation assistance, great benefits, and a CRITICAL POSITION BONUS as well as RELOCATION ASSISTANCE! In order to be eligible for the bonus candidates must have two years Clinical/ Hospital operating room experience and graduate of surgery technology program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or 5 years Clinical/Hospital operating room experience.
Critical Bonus Amount: $10,000 for a one- year commitment or $25,000 for a two- year commitment
The scrub surgical technologist handles the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. He/she has an understanding of the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon. He/she has the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and is constantly on vigil for maintenance of the sterile field.
