Experience Internal candidates: Minimum five (5) years of documented experience as a certified surgical technician required. External candidates: Minimum three (3) years of continuous, documented experience as a certified surgical assistant in the role of 1st assistant. Education High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
