Education
✓High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs is required.
Associates Degree or higher is preferred.
Qualifications
✓Two (2) years in hospital registration and/or scheduling with experience in a medical setting is required.
✓Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
✓Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Software is required.
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
Familiarity with Epic OpTime preferred.
Typing (35 wpm is preferred).
