✓In-depth knowledge of perioperative care processes, surgical services operations, and regulatory standards.
✓Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and support personnel.
✓Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
✓Proficiency in data analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
✓Commitment to maintaining patient privacy, confidentiality, and advocacy.
