Responsible for assisting the peri-operative team in many aspects of patient care, including but not limited to, patient care assistance, care of the environment, functioning competently in the C/S Department, and scrubbing minor surgical cases. Duties are performed under the direct supervision of the OR Charge Nurse, O. R.
Manager and the Director of Surgical Services. Position requires 8, or 10-hour shifts to cover department Monday - Friday 06:30 - 17:00. Position requires individual to assume "on call" duty on a rotating basis.
Call required to cover evenings, nights, weekends and Holidays
High School Diploma or GED Required CST Certification Required Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Required Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills Required
