Surgical Technologist Apprentice I

Functions as an OR Care Technician based upon skills acquired through surgical technology coursework of a Surgical Technologist Apprentice Program. Works under the direction and supervision of a Surgical Technologist – Certified Preceptor or a Surgical Technologist – Non Certified Preceptor. Must be enrolled in the BayCare Surgical Technologist Apprentice school program.

Facility: BayCare Health System, Admin - Hospital Related-HSS Location: BayCare System Office West Status: Full Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm Weekend Work: None On Call: Yes How often will this team member be working remotely? Never Required Certification/License: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Education/Experience: High School Graduate or GED Equivalent (HS/GED). Meets the requirements of the OR Care Technician
