Role Overview : As a Surgical Technologist, you'll play a vital role in providing technical support to nursing staff and physicians during surgical procedures.

- Ensure compliance with quality assurance, safety, and infection control standards. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff. - Assist in setting up operating rooms with necessary instruments and supplies. - Prepare and assist with surgical procedures, including draping patients and holding retractors. - Clean, decontaminate, and sterilize equipment and instruments. - Transport patients and assist with pre-operative preparations.

Qualifications Required
Certified BLS Provider specializing in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 6 months of hire or job transfer. Completion of a recognized scrub technician college program or minimum of two years of experience as a Surgical Technician, or one year as a Certified Surgical Technician.
Certified Surgical Assistant credentialed from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
