The Surgical Technologist assists in the preparation, processing, and maintenance of supplies and equipment, and functions as a member of the surgical team during operative procedures. UCSF Stanyan Operating Room (OR) consists of 8 surgical suites for inpatient and outpatient surgeries. Services include, but are not limited to: Orthopedics, General, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Pain Service, General Surgery, Vascular, Urology, Podiatry.

Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR for healthcare providers High School Diploma; or equivalent experience Graduate of surgical technologist training program; or equivalent experience This position requires flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations
Certification as a Surgical Technologist Scrub experience in at least one of the following services: Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Robotics, Urology, Gynecology License/Certifications: Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR for healthcare providers
