Qualifications
✓2-3 years' experience in a sustainability role. Prior program &/or project management and administration experience with a focus on environmental footprint, sustainable agriculture, responsible sourcing, sustainable packaging, corporate social responsibility initiatives and ESG disclosures.
✓Organized and detail-oriented
✓Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and from conception to implementation through collaboration with a global, diverse team of partners and stakeholders.
✓Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues to various stakeholders.
✓Strong research, analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
✓Demonstrated leadership skills, industry knowledge
✓Flexible thinker and problem solver, comfortable with working in ambiguity.
✓Self-motivated with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple time-sensitive tasks and meet deadlines.
