LUKE'S in Duluth, MN is seeking a SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - P RESIDENT- MN MARKET to join our ADMINISTRATION team! Salary Range: $225.33 - $262.16 Hourly The Senior Vice President - President - MN Market will provide strategic leadership, to support, optimize and execute performance of the assigned Aspirus’ Division. This will be carried out in support and commitment to Aspirus’ Strategic Pillars: Quality, Service, People, Growth and Finance and in concert with the overall strategic direction of the Aspirus Health System.
The Senior Vice President will promote a regional culture of accountability, collaboration and integration that enhances the provision of excellent patient care/satisfaction and fiscal accountability, while maintaining and supporting the Division’s and Aspirus’ strategic objectives. Experience/Qualifications Knowledge and experience in the following normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in a related field, master’s degree desired: Leadership training and experience Financial management Lean methodology and or related knowledge Financial budgeting Customer service methods Strategic planning Effective communication and Employee engagement Seven to ten years of progressive experience in related public or private sector field.
Evidence of continued professional development such as membership in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Solid implementation skills. Consistently follows through on commitments.
Prior COO or CEO experience at a hospital or health system of similar size or senior executive experience at a larger provider; or equivalent experience in a related service industry. Executive leadership experience in a competitive environment. Possesses strategic leadership and business skills in a matrixed environment.
Thorough understanding of regulatory and accreditation standards. Experience in developing effective relationships with all stakeholders including physicians. Experience in developing alignment strategies across a health system.
