You’ll need
Education
✓High School Diploma or Equivalent required (effective 4/1/14 for all new hires).
Qualifications
✓Previous experience in office or receptionist.
✓Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
✓Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines.
✓Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Previous PBX experience preferred.
Customer Services experience preferred.

About the role
