Tower Health is seeking a motivated, experienced leader to oversee our retail, specialty and mail order pharmacy services. The System Director for Retail Pharmacy Services: Develops, manages and operates an assigned pharmacy service area in a patient-centric manner. Monitors and manages system performance against metrics (budget, quality, patient experience).
Oversees all facets of daily operations, including reviewing, recommending, and implementing service enhancements; managing capital, expense, and revenue budget for the area; establishing and maintaining an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish service line goals; supervising staff and coordinating scheduling. Ensures the effective and efficient provision of patient care services, including coordination with other health care providers.
Develops and maintains systems to ensure operational efficiency, efficient use of resources, and fiscal responsibility. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of Tower Health.
