✓In addition to the essential functions of the job listed below, employees must maintain timely completion of all required education, trainings, and certifications as assigned and in accordance with Bozeman Health policies, department-specific requirements, applicable certification program
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in business-related field or the equivalent of five successful years’ business experience
Qualifications
✓Three (3) years of experience prior experience in healthcare administration, revenue cycle, or management of accounts receivable
✓Five (5) years of managerial experience
✓Strong managerial skills including strategic planning, delegation, performance management, problem-solving, maintaining regulatory compliance, and financial management
✓Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support data-driven decision-making and stewardship of departmental resources
✓Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences using a variety of mediums
✓Demonstrated success in leading, motivating and inspiring employees and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliver results
✓Demonstrate sound judgment, patience, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
✓Exercise tact, discretion, sensitivity, and maintain confidentiality
