✓Requirements
Licensure
✓The role performs audits and data reviews to ensure accurate medication charging, appropriate documentation, inventory controls, and adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements, including DEA and The Joint Commission standards.
✓Pharmacy Technician registration in the State of Vermont is required.
Education
✓Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Coursework in auditing, billing, compliance, pharmacy, or accounting preferred. Pharmacy Technician registration in the State of Vermont is required.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare billing, charge capture, auditing, compliance, revenue integrity, or a related healthcare setting required.
✓Experience working with medication documentation, inventory, billing, or regulatory compliance processes required.
✓This is a hybrid position , offering the flexibility to work remotely from home as well as on-site in an office setting.
Demonstrated experience reviewing data, identifying discrepancies, and resolving operational or billing issues preferred.
