Talent Acquisition Lead, Executive Search

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for executive positions assigned within Prime’s healthcare system. The TA Lead will focus on the development of sourcing, recruiting and selection strategies for the current and future workforce needs at the hospital and regional levels. The TA Lead will source and screen candidates for assigned job openings, exercise independent judgement and discretion in matching candidates with the requirements of the job opening and coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers.
