✓High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in healthcare recruitment, clinical leadership, or executive/management placement.
✓Minimum of 2 to 3 years of high-volume or specialized recruitment experience within a complex, multi-site healthcare or clinical services environment.
✓Demonstrated experience partnering with senior and executive operational leaders (Director-level and above).
✓Strong working knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, clinical licensing/credentialing considerations, and compensation structuring.
✓Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
