Professional certification or credential in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR). preferred
Education
✓Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development or a related discipline
✓Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in a discipline listed in 1 above or a related discipline
Qualifications
✓and two (2) years of Human Resources experience within a health care or similar large system, handling staffing and recruitment function.
Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes. preferred
Ability to effectively use sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed job boards, social media platforms and other recruitment technologies. preferred
Experience developing recruitment marketing materials, including flyers and social media content. preferred
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage large amounts of data and present summaries and reports. preferred
Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures, regulatory standards and applicable federal and New York State employment laws. preferred
Strong customer service, interpersonal and relationship-building skills. preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines, interview scheduling and recruitment status. preferred
