Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant - PRN

The Sourcing Consultant supports talent acquisition efforts through proactive, relationship-based outreach to build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and nurturing talent across multiple role categories while supporting the development and maintenance of sourcing tools, projects, and processes that strengthen recruiting outcomes. Required

Bachelor’s degree in HR or business/communications related field or equivalent experience Three (3) of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related talent acquisition function.

• SHRM or HRCI or other applicable certification Five (5) years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related talent acquisition function. Skills Demonstrated experience with relationship-based candidate outreach and engagement. Experience supporting multiple recruiting or sourcing projects simultaneously. Strong research and communication skills. Ability to analyze talent market data and translate insights into sourcing strategy.
