SCP - Senior Certified Professional - Society for Human Resource Management preferred
Education
✓Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s Degree preferred
Qualifications
✓7 years years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline within a large organization.
✓Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions to achieve business outcomes.
✓Experience leveraging talent and workforce data to develop insights, reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
✓Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and executive presentations.
Experience with HRIS and talent management platforms; Workday experience strongly preferred.
