Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is looking for a Per Diem Talent Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team! 📍 Location: Sarasota Memorial Hospital – Sarasota, FL 🕒

Flexible, up to 24 hours per week 🏥 Work Arrangement: On-site

  • ✅ Support new-hire onboarding and I-9 processing ✅ Assist with employee badging and onboarding compliance ✅ Help coordinate New Employee Orientation (NEO) ✅ Support recruitment events and HR activities ✅ Deliver exceptional customer service to our newest team members What We're Looking For:
