Technician

Facility: Miami Valley North A General Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of repair and preventative maintenance tasks in multiple trade areas including plumbing, basic electricity, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and basic mechanical repair. Customer Service/Breakdown/Setup of facility meeting rooms; Grounds repair and upkeep is also an expectation.
