✓Must maintain unit specific annual educational requirements.
✓Knows what is required and limitations of job position.
✓Must have effective, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Demonstrates knowledge and resources necessary to provide to age appropriate care.
✓General knowledge of various regulatory and accrediting standards as they pertain to job functions.
✓Ability to assimilate data and information and report to appropriate person.
