You’ll need
Licensure
✓Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
✓Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in your state of residency, AND IA, IL and WI
Certifications
✓Credentialed at all UPH hospitals staffed by a TeleHospitalist
Qualifications
✓MD or DO
✓Requires 1 year of bedside clinical experience as a Hospitalist
✓Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
✓Unemployable states: NY, CA, OR, VT, WA, DC
