Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers through timely answering and management of incoming phone calls to the unit. What qualifications you will need: Education/Skills High School diploma or equivalent required. Some College preferred Experience Previous telemetry monitoring experience preferred; must demonstrate competency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and lethal/emergent dysrhythmia recognition Licenses, Registrations and/or Certifications BLS required within 30 days of hire from HCA approved vendor Benefits Medical City Alliance, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
