Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient. Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues. Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (i.e.

Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner. Recognizes limits of scope of practice, seeks multidisciplinary collaboration, utilizes appropriate resources, and follows chain of command. Partners with others to affect change and generate outcomes through knowledge of the patient or situation.
