Temp Assignment Based RNs are experienced, proficient nurses within their specialty (medical/surgical, telemetry, critical/intermediate care, behavioral health, emergency or women's services) responsible for providing safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings.
These RNs are temporarily assigned to one unit for a designated number of weeks based on needs of the system. These RNs possess the
, competencies, and qualifications and must be willing to work across Novant Health locations within the designated region.
