The Benefits Assistant - Senior supports and assists the benefits team, ensuring efficient and accurate benefit administration in a timely manner. This role serves as the primary contact for employees, assisting with questions about the self-pay process and manages the long-term disability process. Interacts on a daily basis with benefit team members and employees.

Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources or related field - PreferredExperience:2 years of benefits administration experience – RequiredLicense/Certifications:
