Certifications
✓Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Education
High School Diploma Preferred
Qualifications
✓Minimum completion of 8th grade
✓Experience working in funeral services, healthcare, medical transport, or a similar field.
✓Familiarity with anatomy, medical terminology, or donation logistics.
✓Strong sense of compassion, professionalism, and ethical responsibility.
✓Ability to work independently and communicate effectively, especially in sensitive or emotional situations.
✓Basic mechanical skills to perform routine vehicle checks.
✓Must have valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record
✓Work requires knowledge of computers, office equipment, and other administrative tasks.
✓Work requires ability to relieve supervisor of variety of complex administrative duties, which may include functioning as liaison.
✓Work requires ability to coordinate and work independently on projects.
✓Work requires ability to work with confidential information on daily basis.
✓Ability to provide "customer service focus".
✓Interpersonal and teamwork skills to contribute to objectives of organization.
✓Adaptability/flexibility to react positively to changes in work environment.
✓Initiative to improve productivity and quality of work.
✓Ability to plan and organize work in logical and efficient manner.

Maintain complete and accurateMaintain complete and accurate vehicle operating records
Report maintenance needs andReport maintenance needs and mechanical issues in a timely manner
Perform basic vehicle upkeepPerform basic vehicle upkeep, including refueling, checking tire pressure, oil, water, and battery levels
