Description

Responsibilities Key Recovery, located in Brookhaven, Pennsylvania, offers substance use disorder and dual diagnosis treatment for adults in an outpatient setting. Visit us online at: https://keystonecenter.net/ The Primary Therapist is responsible for monitoring and delivering high quality services to dually diagnosed/chemically dependent patients. Primary responsibilities include: Coordination of the full continuum of care; Assessment and documentation of clinical needs; Implementing and delivering individual, group and educational services; The provision of a of a safe and therapeutic milieu; Crisis intervention and full participation with the multidisciplinary team toward meeting a patient's treatment plan objectives.
