You’ll need
Licensure
✓Eligibility for licensure (LMSW, LCSWA, LPCA, LMFTA, etc.)
✓Requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers or eligible for state licensure as a professional therapy provider.
Certifications
✓CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
Education
✓Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
✓Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Human Services field required.
Qualifications
✓Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills
✓Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced inpatient environment
✓One or more years’ experience working with comparable patient population required.
Previous experience in behavioral health, inpatient psychiatry, or crisis services preferred
Familiarity with CBT, DBT, trauma‑informed care, or other evidence‑based practices preferred
