Responsibilities Therapist (IOP) Part-Time WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS Michiana Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist for our Intensive Outpatient Program. Our IOP is experiencing growth and significant expansion; we will now be able to offer treatment to individuals in need 365 days a year. This program utilizes both virtual and in-person treatment.
The position is designed for weekend and holiday coverage only. We offer highly flexible working hours including a weekend off every quarter. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving those with behavioral health and substance abuse issues.
Typical responsibilities include: Complete psychosocial assessment upon admission Case management and treatment planning Group, individual, and family sessions Aftercare coordination Document treatment provided to patient in medical record legibly and in a timely manner Assist with groups on acute inpatient unit Michiana Behavioral Health (a UHS facility) offers respectful, dignified care to adults, children and teens experiencing emotional crisis and mental distress.

Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field. A minimum of one (1) year with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, treatment and clinical assessment skills preferred. Licensure required.
LSW, LMHCa or equivalent; LCSW, LMFT, LMHC.
