The IOP/PHP Therapist will demonstrate the ability to perform group, individual and family therapy. They will also perform psychosocial assessment and formulate treatment plans based on individuals needs. The therapist will be able to recognize crisis situations and provide interventions. Ability to work collaboratively with peers, administrators, physicians, and allied staff is a must.
