Job Summary The Occupational Therapist 1 plans, organizes, and provides services in therapeutic programs. Clinical practice includes evaluation and therapy planning to help rehabilitate individuals with disabilities. Works closely with patients and families to meet treatment goals.

Enters charges accurately. Communicates effectively with patients, families, coworkers, and the medical care team. Provides education to patients, family, and staff.
Supervises ancillary staff, students and volunteers. Advances clinical skills through ongoing education, literature review and implementation of evidence-based practice. Imparts knowledge to develop the clinical skills of colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION - Master's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION Occupational Therapist (OT) Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
