Responsibilities Glen Oaks Hospital (a UHS facility): Glen Oaks Hospital is a 54-bed private mental health hospital in a relaxed setting in Greenville, Texas. For more information, please visit our website at: https://glenoakshospital.com/ The PHP / IOP Therapist is responsible for providing support to the day-to-day operations of the adolescent and adult Outpatient programs including, but not limited to: administrative functions, utilization review, assessment, discharge planning, group/individual therapy, case management, and other duties related to delivering successful programs.
Hours: Varied, day shift, weekdays Qualifications
Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field, preferred.
A minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills, preferred. License: Program Therapist must be state certified in social work or clinical related mental health field. LPC-A, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW license required.

CPR certification, Handle With Care and Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
