✓BLS Provider Certification through American Heart Association required

Qualifications
✓You are passionate about supporting children and families and enjoy contributing to a pediatric healthcare environment
✓You have experience working with children, particularly children with special needs, or have a strong interest in pediatric rehabilitation
✓Strong customer service and communication skills allow you to interact professionally and compassionately with patients, families, clinicians, hospital personnel, and volunteers
✓You are dependable, attentive to detail, and able to take and follow directions effectively
✓You value cleanliness, organization, infection control, and maintaining a safe environment for patient care
✓You enjoy working collaboratively with therapists and other members of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
✓You are comfortable balancing patient support, equipment and treatment-area preparation, and administrative responsibilities throughout the day
✓You demonstrate emotional maturity, patience, professionalism, and sensitivity when working with children and their families
✓You have the physical stamina to remain active throughout the day, including standing, walking, lifting, pulling, transporting materials and equipment, and assisting with patient transfers
✓You are comfortable working in a dynamic outpatient therapy environment that may include a gym, pool, casting area, and other treatment spaces
✓Excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to take and follow directions, basic computer knowledge, physical stamina, and emotional maturity are important for success in this role.
✓Schedule: Full-time schedule (40 hours/week). This position requires the ability to work during evening hours.
Candidates should have experience working with children. Experience working with children with special needs is preferred
