Therapy Scheduler - TOC - Albertville

The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Therapy Scheduler Floater. This position is based in Albertville but helps cover Scottsboro, Guntersville, and Hampton Cove. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week.

The Therapy Scheduler will perform an array of duties including greeting and assisting with check-in and check-out duties of all patients presenting for appointments, scheduling patients in person and via telephone, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting payments, and any other task assigned. The Therapy Scheduler must be able to communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff. Qualifications Education required: HS/GED

Customer Service Representative experience preferred Additional Skills/Abilities: Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines Outstanding organizational, time management and writing skills Ability to speak clearly and concisely Knowledge of data entry and Excel Independent, self-starting and highly motivated Proven positive, "teamwork" attitude in work history
