The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years of experience in thoracic surgery with strong expertise in minimally invasive techniques, including robotic-assisted surgery. We are looking for a highly motivated clinician with a comprehensive background in treating both malignant and benign thoracic diseases, encompassing the full spectrum of pulmonary, esophageal, mediastinal, and chest wall conditions.

Providers with a minimum of 5 years of post-training experience will be offered a starting base salary of $650,000.00 or higher, based on years of experience, specialty expertise, and overall qualifications. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's experience, credentials, training, and prevailing market conditions.
