TMS Clinical & Research Service Manager

Description UCLA Health’s Neuromodulation Division is seeking to hire a TMS Clinical & Research Services Manager to provide operational leadership for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services and clinical research programs. You will be responsible for overseeing complex clinical operations, research support functions, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and staff leadership across specialized treatment and research services.

Key responsibilities include: Lead daily operations for TMS and clinical research service areas Supervise operational and research support teams and provide leadership across multiple functions Develop, implement, and standardize operational policies and procedures Manage complex revenue cycle activities, billing operations, and financial performance metrics Partner with leadership on capacity planning, resource allocation, and program growth initiatives Oversee regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and operational performance improvement efforts Analyze operational data and develop solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and service delivery Please note: this position is 100% on-site Note: skills may be subject to test Salary range; $88,900/yr - $190,300/yr Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related filed, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience Minimum 5 years of experience managing staff and complex ambulatory or specialty practice operations Minimum 5 years of experience with revenue cycle management, practice management systems, and Epic/CareConnect Strong financial, analytical, and operational management skills Experience developing workflows, policies, and operational improvement initiatives Preferred: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related filed
