You’ll need
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Qualifications
✓2 years in patient advocacy and/or customer service experience
✓Experience working with various Microsoft based computer software programs for Excel and Word
✓Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
✓Ability to solve problems independently, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, exercise good judgment, and work effectively in a team environment
✓Ability and willingness to cooperate with co-workers, and other hospital staff to serve the needs of patients
✓Ability to learn and incorporate new systems and processes
✓Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills requiring tact, discretion, and maintaining patient confidentiality
✓Ability to attend mandatory training classes offered by the Medical Center after hours or on weekends, with advance notice
1 year of experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred
EPIC experience preferred
Ability to serve as an administrator of a web-based database preferred
