Transporter - Med/Surg

The transporter transports patients to and from the department. Other duties include but are not limited to; Darkroom duties, ordering supplies, stocking, dressing patients and front office duties.

This performs clerical duties for the department such as answering telephones, greeting patients and preparing requisitions for outpatients.
