Kent Hospital, a Care New England hospital, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible General Surgeon with fellowship training in Trauma/Acute Care Surgery to join our surgical department. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery at one of Rhode Island's premier community hospitals as we advance our vision of becoming a Level II Trauma Center .

What you’ll do
Evaluate and manage acuteEvaluate and manage acute care surgery consultations
Perform operative and non-operativePerform operative and non-operative management of trauma patients
Provide timely surgical careProvide timely surgical care for emergency general surgery conditions
Participate in trauma activationsParticipate in trauma activations and acute care surgery call coverage
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
