Trauma Nurse Clinician - OP (RN)

The Trauma Performance Improvement RN (PI RN) is crucial to our trauma center’s performance improvement program. The PI RN improves the quality of care for every trauma patient by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. The PI RN reviews charts and identifies opportunities, complications, and performance improvement issues Additionally, the PR RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, participates in trauma rounds, provides event resolution, documents in the trauma registry, and provides education as appropriate.

The PI RNs also teach Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses for our organization and our community.
