Responsibilities Join our established Trauma group at Northside’s only Level II Trauma Center Light call schedule with large team in high acuity environment Our Gwinnett and Duluth team received the Beacon Award for Excellence Gold Designation Stat-of-the-art facility with new Medical Tower, OR’s, and ICU beds Generous compensation including Pension Plan Voted by Newsweek among America’s Greatest Hospitals in 2025 Qualifications MD or DO from an accrediated institution BC/BE in General Surgery and/or Surgical Critical Care Fellowship training or extensive experience in Trauma Surgery Valid state of Georgia medical license and DEA registration Demonstrated proficiency in the management of traumatic injuries and complex surgical cases Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to providing patient-centered care with compassion and empathy Ability to participate in on-call coverage and respond to trauma activations Work Hours: Varies
