✓The Baptist Health – UAMS Medical Education Program Designated Institutional Official (DIO) provides institutional leadership and oversight for all Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)-accredited residency programs under the Baptist Health-UAMS Medical Education Program
✓MD or DO degree (or equivalent).
Qualifications
✓Demonstrated experience in graduate medical education (e.g., Program Director, Associate Program Director, or comparable leadership role).
✓Working knowledge of ACGME Institutional and Common Program Requirements.
✓Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
✓This position is subject to pre-employment screening (criminal background, drug testing, and/or education verification).
✓A criminal conviction or arrest pending adjudication alone shall not disqualify an applicant except as provided by law.
✓Any criminal history will be evaluated in relationship to job responsibilities and business necessity.
